TO DEVELOP A FUND TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THE MISSION, VALUES, AND PROGRAMS FOR THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA BY PROMOTING AND SOLICITING GIFTS, GRANTS, AND MATCHING FUNDS FROM INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, AND FOUNDATIONS INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING SCOUTING THROUGH THEIR LOCAL COUNCILS AND OTHER SCOUTING ORGANIZATIONS, BOTH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. PROVIDE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE DURING NATURAL DISASTERS.


PROVIDING FUNDING FOR INNOVATION AND SCIENCE-BASED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, FUNDING THE STEM SCOUTS PROGRAM AND SUPPORTING STEM TRAINING AT NATIONAL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH.
