1) TO FOSTER INTEREST IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE CLASSIC GUITAR AMONG MEMBERS OF THE CORPORATION AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. 2) TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF EXISTING CLASSIC GUITAR REPERTOIRE AND TO ENCOURAGE CREATION OF NEW CLASSIC GUITAR REPERTOIRE. 3) TO PRESENT DISTINGUISHED CONCERT ARTISTS AND COMPOSERS TO THE NORTH TEXAS AREA. 4) TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT THE TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF ASPIRING PROFESSIONAL CLASSIC GUITARISTS.
