THE AMERICAN COUNCIL ON GIFT ANNUITIES (ACGA) EDUCATES CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS ON VARIOUS FORMS OF PLANNED GIVING SUCH AS GIFT ANNUITIES AND SPLIT-INTEREST AGREEMENTS, DEVELOPS AND PUBLISHES SUGGESTED CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITY RATES AND METHODOLOGIES FOR USE BY CHARITIES AND THEIR DONORS.
