MEMBERSHIP DUES, WITHOUT DONOR RESTRICTED MEMORIAL FUNDS, DONATIONS & SCHOLARSHIPS MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS (NET OF MEMORIAL PLAQUE EXPENDITURES), FUNDRAISING, VENDING COMMISSION AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS DONATIONS ARE USED TO PROVIDE BENEFITS THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK & MEDICAL CENTER HEALTH SYSTEM.
