FAMILY CARE FOUNDATION HELPS PROVIDE FUNDING FOR MEDICAL CARE AND EQUIPMENT FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY WHO DEMONSTRATE A NEED, BUT CANNOT OTHERWISE OBTAIN SUCH SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT.

FCF PROVIDED PAYMENTS FOR MEDICAL CARE, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, EYEGLASSES, DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES AND DENTAL CARE ON BEHALF OF INDIGENT PATIENTS DIRECTLY TO THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OF SUCH ITEMS AND SERVICES, BASED ON REQUESTS AND NEEDS EVALUATIONS. FCF'S VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE PROVIDED FOR COMMUNITY NEEDS THAT INCLUDE HELATHCARE, UTILITIES, RENT, MORTGAGE, AND OTHER EXPENSES RELATED TO INDIVIDUALS' BASIC NECESSISTIES.
