FOR PURPOSES OF FORM 990, "THE ORGANIZATION" WILL REFER TO FROST BANK, THE INSTITUTIONAL TRUSTEE OF THIS CHARITABLE TRUST. FROST BANK CARRIES OUT THE INTENT AND DIRECTIONS PROVIDED IN THE GOVERNING DOCUMENT OF THE TRUST. THE SETTLOR OF THIS TRUST DIRECTED THAT THE ENDOWMENT FUND BE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO SUPPORT THREE NAMED PUBLICLY SUPPORTED SEC 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS. THE NET INCOME FROM THE INVESTMENTS IS DISTRIBUTED IN FIXED PERCENTAGES TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NAMED ORGANIZATIONS. THE MARRS MCLEAN TRUST IS AN ENDOWMENT FUND CREATED UNDER THE WILL OF VERNA HOOKS MCLEAN.
