MARY LEE COMMUNITY OWNS AND OPERATES 3 APARTMENT COMPLEXES IN AUSTIN, TEXAS. THE 30-UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX (CORNERSTONE APARTMENTS) WAS HOME TO 33 PERSONS AND/OR FAMILIES DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, MANY WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, AS WELL AS, SINGLE PARENTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. THE 64-UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING APARTMENT COMPLEX (THE WILLOWS) WAS HOME TO 76 LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS OR FAMIILIES, SOME OF WHICH WERE ELDERLY, DISABLED OR PREVIOUSLY HOMELESS. THE 40-UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX (THE LEGACY) WAS HOME TO 52 LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS OR FAMIILIES AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THIS FISCAL YEAR.
