SPARK KITS: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED A SAFE WAY FOR GIRLS IN MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL TO DEVELOP SELF-EFFICACY TO CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE. THE PROGRAM GAVE GIRLS RESOURCES TO CRITICALLY AND CREATIVELY THINK OF WAYS THEY WANT TO ENGAGE WITH SOCIAL JUSTICE ISSUES THROUGH 25 SELF-GUIDED COLLABORATE ACTIVITIES AND VIRTUAL ACCESS TO GIRL EXPERTS. GIRL CONNECT: THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERED WITH 60+ TEXAS SCHOOLS TO IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES FOR GIRLS, PARENTS AND TEACHERS WITH ITS GIRL CONNECT PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM STRIVES TO: O INCREASE ATTENDANCE RATES O REDUCE CHRONIC ABSENCE O INCREASE RETENTION OF EFFECTIVE TEACHERS O REDUCE THE DISCIPLINE RATE O INCREASE PARENT ENGAGEMENT O REDUCE THE OVERALL DROPOUT RATE CAMP: THE ORGANIZATIONS SUMMER DAY CAMP SERVED GIRLS IN GRADES ENTERING 3RD-8TH. CAMP GIRLS PARTICIPATED IN FUN, INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS DURING TWO WEEK-LONG SESSIONS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO IGNITE THE POWER IN GIRLS AND TEACH THEM SKILLS TO THRIVE AND BELIEVE IN THEIR ABILITY TO BE UNSTOPPABLE. GIRLS WHO JOINED THE SUMMER DAY CAMP GAINED NEW SKILLS, NEW FRIENDSHIPS, AND A NEW SENSE OF SELF. PATHFINDER: THE ORGANIZATIONS PATHFINDER LEADERSHIP SUMMIT IS A PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AIMED AT GIVING RISING 9TH-12TH GRADE GIRLS A HEAD START ON THEIR ROAD TO INDEPENDENCE, COLLEGE AND CAREER. IN ADDITION TO THE YEARLY SUMMIT, THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOSTED PATHFINDER WORKSHOPS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. WE ARE GIRLS ON THE ROAD: MINI-ASSEMBLIES REACHED GIRLS AT SCHOOL, VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS, AND SUMMER CAMPS. THE ORGANIZATION DELIVERED THREE MODULES TO HELP GIRLS ADDRESS CHALLENGES FOR HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS, STRESS MANAGEMENT, AND SELF-COMPASSION.
