TO SUPPORT EFFORTS TO PREVENT AND TREAT MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS IN JOHNSON COUNTY, KANSAS. TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND ENGAGEMENT OF STAFF TO UTILIZE RESEARCH-BASED INTERVENTIONS AND BEST PRACTICES. TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN AN ASSOCIATION OF PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE ISSUES AND CHALLENGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE VISION OF JCMHC AND THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. TO FOSTER PUBLIC AWARENESS OF AND SUPPORT FOR JCMHC AND ITS CLIENTS.
