VETERAN SERVICES TO THE SOUTH TEXAS COUNTIES THAT ARE NOW SERVICED BY OVER ONE HUNDRED COMMUNITY PARTNERS THAT CAN PROVIDE TO OVER 27 DIFFERENT NEEDS FOR VETERANS. SAN ANTONIO IS THE CENTRALIZED COORDINATION CENTER FOR CALLS FROM MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS, VETERANS, AND THEIR DEPENDENTS ARE ANSWERED. OVER 2,100 VETERANS SERVED IN 2022.


THE HUMANA HEALTHY HORIZONS FUNDING AIDED PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR CARETAKERS, WITH GYM MEMBERSHIPS TO INCREASE THE HEALTH IN THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES.


AMERIGROUP FUNDING AIDED WITH THE PURCHASE OF FANS, BACK-TO-SCHOOL SUPPLIES, AND HEATERS FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS NOT COVERED BY THE OLDER AMERICANS ACT (OAA) GRANTS.
