US DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES: PASSED THROUGH THE TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION: CHILD CARE DEVELOPMENT FUND-TO PROVIDE SUBSIDIZED CHILDARE SERVICES TO QUALIFYING FAMILIES. CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES ALLOW PARENTS TO WORK AND ATTEND SCHOOL OR TRAINING TO ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.


US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR: PASSED THROUGH THE TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION: WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT (WIA) & WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY GRANT (WIOA) - TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WITH OCCUPATIONAL AND EMPLOYMENT SKILLS TO OBTAIN JOBS AND PROVIDE EMPLOYERS WITH SKILLED WORKERS.
