SUPPORT AND CONNECT INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE NAVIGATING MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS VIA MULTI-WEEK EDUCATION CLASSES, REGULAR SUPPORT GROUPS (VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON) AND OTHER NO-COST PEER AND FAMILY PROGRAMMING.


EDUCATE THE GREATER COMMUNITY ON THE LIVED EXPERIENCE OF MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS, AND ADVOCATE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THAT EXPERIENCE, THROUGH PRESENTATIONS, TRAININGS, EVENTS AND INFORMATION CAMPAIGNS.
