CENTRO DEL OBRERO FRONTERIZO'S MISSION IS TO DEVELOP AND USE THE ORGANIZATION'S CREATIVE CAPACITY TO EXPRESS THE DIGNITY AND DIVERSITY OF THE MEXICAN HERITAGE, FROM INDIGENEOUS MESOAMERICAN ROOTS TO CONTEMPORARY EXPRESSIONS, AND TO DEVELOP AND CELEBRATE OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY BUILDING, COMMUNITY HEALTH AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT.

CENTRO DEL OBRERO FRONTERIZO DBA LA MUJER OBRERA, IS A LOCAL INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO CREATING COMMUNITIES DEFINED BY WOMEN IN EL PASO COUNTY. IT PROVIDED A VARIETY OF SERVICES, INCLUDING WORKER SOCIAL ENTERPRISE TRAINING, CULTURAL PROGRAMMING AND A HEALTH PROMOTING INITIATIVE TO APPROXIMATELY 340 WORKERS.
