TO BENEFIT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, FIRE FIGHTERS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL PERSONNEL, AND THEIR SPOUSES AND DEPENDENTS, WHO HAVE BECOME DISABLED OR HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE LINE OF DUTY WHILE STATIONED IN VICTORIA COUNTY, TEXAS. THE BOARD MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, FIRE FIGHTERS AND EMERGENCY PERSONNEL.
