THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE 12 GENERAL SURGERY RESIDENTS WITH ROSS SCHOLARSHIPS OF $400 EACH. PLAQUES WERE AWARDED TO RECIPIENTS. 13 EDUCATIONAL GRANTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,000 TO $13,312 EACH WERE ALSO AWARDED TO AREA UNIVERSITIES.
