THE ASSOCIATION IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND PRESERVATION OF PROPERTIES WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD, A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION. ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE OWNERS WITHIN THIS AREA.

COMMUNITY CRIME PREVENTION: THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES CERTAIN BENEFITS TO THE COMMUNITY WHICH IT SERVES, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREVENTING CRIME AND PROVIDING A SECURE COMMUNITY FOR THE RESIDENTS. THESE BENEFITS ARE SECURITY PATROL SERVICES, LIGHTING AND IRRIGATION. THE BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED TO THE CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, BUSINESSES AND TO THE RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNERS OF THE COMMUNITY.


THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES AMENITIES TO THE RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNERS OF THE COMMUNITY, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING A SECURE PLACE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY WHERE RESIDENTS CAN ACHIEVE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL BENEFITS OF RECREATION AND DEVELOP THE RELATIONSHIPS TO SELECT OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS FOR THE VOLUNTEER WORK NEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH THE ASSOCIATIONS TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSES. AMENITIES INCLUDE LANDSCAPING AND IMPROVEMENTS TO STREETS, DRAINAGE AND PARKS, INSURANCE, PEST CONTROL, COMMUNITY EVENTS AND WATER.
