THE MISSION OF CTECU IS TO OFFER MEMBERS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, COMPETITIVE INTEREST RATES, AND SOUND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY AGGRESSIVE LOAN PROMOTIONS, MAXIMIZING RETURN ON INVESTMENTS, AND RESPONSIVE MEMBER SERVICE AND EDUCATION.

CTECU PROVIDES HOME MORTGAGE LOANS FOR THE KEY PURCHASE THAT MOST AMERICAN FAMILIES MAKE, THEIR HOME. THE HOME MORTGAGES AND REFINANCED HOME LOANS ARE AT LOW-COMPETITIVE MARKET INTEREST RATES. CTECU PROVIDES LOW-COST 5-YEAR HOME EQUITY LOANS. HOME MORTGAGE LOANS AND HOME EQUITY LOANS FOR 2022 RESULTED IN 4 LOANS TOTALING $610,236.


CTECU PROVIDES LOW-RATE VEHICLE LOANS FOR MEMBERS. CTECU ALSO PROVIDES LOW-COST CREDIT CARD LOANS TO ASSIST WITH PRUDENT FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR AND PLANNING. CTECU PROVIDES LOW-RATE CONSUMER LOANS FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AS WELL AS FOR BOATS, BOAT MOTORS, AND BOAT TRAILERS AND MOTORCYCLES. CTECU PROVIDES SHARE-SECURED LOANS TO ASSIST THOSE MEMBERS WHO HAVE NO CREDIT HISTORY AND NEED TO ESTABLISH CREDIT. FINANCIAL COUNSELING AND DEBT CONSOLIDATION LOANS ARE PROVIDED TO ASSIST MEMBERS WITH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND NEED GUIDANCE WITH THEIR FINANCES. VEHICLE LOANS FOR 2022 RESULTED IN 34 LOANS AND $1,519,052.


CTECU PROVIDES COMPETITIVE RATES ON DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS, PROMOTING THRIFT AMONG ITS MEMBERSHIP OF OVER 1400 MEMBERS AND PROMOTING PRUDENT FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR AND PLANNING. CTECU PROVIDES SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS, IRA ACCOUNTS, AND SHARE DRAFT-CHECKING ACCOUNTS AS WELL AS CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT (CDS). DIVIDENDS ARE PAID MONTHLY. MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR ACCOUNTS VIA THE SHARED BRANCHING NETWORK OR TELEPHONE ACCESS VIA AUDIO RESPONSE UNIT ON A 24/7 ACCESS AS WELL AS INTERNET ACCESS VIA MIA AND ACCOUNT ACCESS WORLDWIDE VIA ATMS AND DEBIT CARDS. COMPETITIVE RATES ON DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS FOR 2022 RESULTED IN 1,971 ACCOUNTS AND TOTALING $20,617,012 IN OUTSTANDING BALANCES AS OF 12/31/2022.
