HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF SOUTH COLLIN COUNTY (HFHSCC) IS PART OF A GLOBAL, NONPROFIT HOUSING ORGANIZATION OPERATING ON CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES THAT SEEKS TO PUT GOD'S LOVE INTO ACTION BY BUILDING HOMES, COMMUNITIES & HOPE. OUR VISION IS A WORLD WHERE EVERYONE HAS A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE. HFHSCC HOUSES ARE SOLD TO PARTNER FAMILIES AT NO PROFIT, FINANCED ON A ZERO PERCENT INTEREST LOAN. THE PARTNER FAMILIES' MONTHLY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS ARE USED TO BUILD MORE HABITAT HOUSES. HFHSCC WORKS TO ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL WITH THE HELP OF LOCAL FAMILIES, INDIVIDUALS, SCHOOLS, FAITH COMMUNITIES, CORPORATIONS, FOUNDATIONS, & COMMUNITY LEADERS. THROUGH DONATIONS OF MONEY & MATERIALS & VOLUNTEER LABOR, HFHSCC BUILDS, REHABILITATES & PRESERVES SIMPLE, DECENT HOUSES WITH THE HELP OF THE HOMEOWNERS.
