OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE SOUND BANKING PRINCIPLES IN THE OKLAHOMA CITY METROPOLITAN AREA, ESTABLISH RULES AND REGULATIONS TO FACILITATE THE INTERCHANGE OF BUSINESS AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND THE SETTLEMENT OF THE BALANCES RESULTING FROM SUCH EXHANGES AND TO COOPERATE WITH NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE OKLAHOMA CITY AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY AND THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL SALARY SURVEY TO OUR MEMBERS AND ARRANGE FOR AND ORGANIZE MEETINGS FOR OUR MEMBERS AND MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION, OPERATING PROCEDURES AND PERSONNEL TRAINING OF MEMBER EMPLOYEES.
