PCRM CLINIC, A FULLY CONTROLLED SUBSIDIARY OF THE PHYSICIANS COMMITTEE, OPENED IN JANUARY OF 2016. PCRM CLINIC PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE, AS WELL AS SPECIALIZED CARE FOR DIABETES, OBESITY, HYPERTENSION, LIPID DISORDERS, HEART DISEASE, ARTHRITIS, MIGRAINES, AND OTHER CONDITIONS FOR WHICH NUTRITION PLANS AN IMPORTANT ROLE. PCRM CLINIC IS EXEMPT FROM INCOME TAXES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.


THE PCRM FOUNDATION (A CORPORATION), A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, WAS INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ON MAY 13, 2003. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF PHYSICIANS COMMITTEE FOR RESPONSIBLE MEDICINE, INC.
