TO THIS END, TCC ACQUIRES OR LEASES FACILITIES, WHICH IT THEN LEASES OR SUBLEASES TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR USE IN THEIR CHILDCARE OR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
