PROVIDED SERVICES WHICH ENABLE INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO BE INTEGRATED AND INCLUDED IN ALL ASPECTS OF SOCIETY. DAILY SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES PROVIDED TO APPROXIMATELY 30 INDIVIDUALS.SUPPORTED LIVING PROVIDED TO APPROXIMATELY 5 INDIVIDUALS.
ULTIMATE ONE HOME HEALTH CARE IS LICENSED WITH THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO OPERATE A HOME HEALTH AGENCY. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES IN HOME CARE TO APPROXIMATELY 80 INDVIDUALS.
