TAPL'S MISSION IS TO FACILITATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS TO (A) ADVANCE THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAND PROFESSION, (B) FOSTER THEIR INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS, (C) CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY, AND (D) PRACTICE A HIGH STANDARD OF PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL CONDUCT.

Part 3 - Line 4a

IN NOVEMBER, MARCH AND APRIL TAPL HOSTS DINNERS AT THE SUMMIT CLUB OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS. MEMBERS RECEIVE A PLATED DINNER. EACH DINNER EVENT BRINGS IN A SPEAKER THAT IS RELEVANT TO OUR INDUSTRY. EACH SPEAKER ENDS WITH AN OPEN Q & A FOR MEMBERS TO INTERACT AND CREATE DISCUSSION.


EACH YEAR IN THE SPRING TAPL HOSTS A SPRING SEMINAR THAT IS OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS FOR A FEE. THE SEMINAR LASTS ALL DAY AND LUNCH IS PROVIDED. THE DAY CONSISTS OF MULTIPLE SPEAKERS ON VARIOUS OIL AND GAS LAND TOPICS INCLUDING LEGAL, ETHICAL, INFORMATIONAL AND CURRENT EVENT TOPICS. MEMBERS RECEIVE CREDITS FOR THEIR RPL (REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LANDMEN) AND CPL (CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL LANDMAN) CERTIFICATIONS TO KEEP THEIR STATUS CURRENT.


TAPL PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL LUNCHES EACH MONTH. THE LUNCHES FOR 2022 FISCAL YEAR END WERE CONVERTED TO VIRTUAL LUNCHEONS AND MEMBERS WERE CHARGED $0 PER PERSON TO ATTEND. THE SPEAKER PRESENTS ON VARIOUS TOPICS IN THE INDUSTRY. MEMBERS RECEIVE CREDITS FOR THEIR RPL (REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LANDMEN) AND CPL (CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL LANDMAN) CERTIFICATIONS TO KEEP THEIR STATUS CURRENT.
