THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES DIRECT INSTRUCTION COSTS AS WELL AS HOUSING, DINING, STUDENT SERVICES, ATHLETICS, AUXILIARY ACTIVITIES, AND STUDENT AID. IT ALSO INCLUDES THE PORTION OF PLANT MAINTENANCE RELATED TO EDUCATION ACTIVITIES.
