THE PURPOSE WAS TO BRING PEACE AND MEDITATION TO THEIR DAILY LIVES THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR OWN QUIET TIME AND THOUGHTFUL MEDITATION. THE IDEA IS THAT WHEN A STATE OF CALM AND PEACE IS BROUGHT THROUGH MEDITATION, AND FOCUSING ON THE BENEFITS A PEACEFUL STATE OF MIND BRINGS IN ONE'S OWN LIFE, THEN THAT PERSON CAN BRING THAT OUT INTO THE WORLD, AND THUS CREATE A POSITIVE BENEFIT IN MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL.
