TO DATE, THE PROJECT CATE FOUNDATION, INC. HAS DISTRIBUTED OVER 3,000 COPIES OF THE WATER CONSERVATION CURRICULUM CD-ROM, RIBBIT'S BIG SPLASH, FREE OF CHARGE (INCLUDING POSTAGE AND DELIVERY COSTS) TO TEACHERS AND CONSERVATION GROUPS IN THE SOUTHEAST AND SEVERAL FOREIGN COUNTRIES. PROJECT CATE HAS PRODUCED A SECOND CD-ROM, SKEETER'S WILD ADVENTURES, WHICH FOCUSES ON WILD LIFE CONSERVATION IN THE SOUTHEAST AND IS MORE COMPREHENSIVE AND INTERACTIVE THAN RIBBIT'S BIG SPLASH. THE CD IS AVAILABLE FOR TEACHERS FROM ELEMENTARY THROUGH POST-GRADUATE SCHOOL AND INCLUDES PRESENTATIONS ON ENDANGERED SPECIES, MAMMALS, BIRDS, FISH, REPTILES, AND AMPHIBIANS. ACTIVITIES IN 2021 AND 2022 SHIFTED FROM PRESENTING AN IN-PERSON COASTAL KIDS QUIZ TO SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ONLINE CONSERVATION EDUCATION COMPETITION. AS THE MOBILE AND BALDWIN COUNTIES SCHOOL SYSTEMS WERE COMING OUT OF COVID-19 LOCKDOWN IN 2021 AND 2022, THE SCHEDULED ONLINE COMPETITION DATES WERE SET MONTHLY, ALLOWING MORE STUDENTS (5TH GRADE) TO PARTICIPATE, WITH EACH MONTH FEATURING A DIFFERENT COASTAL TOPIC.
