PROMOTION OF INNOVATION AND ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE FOR THE CHILDREN OF EAST BATON ROUGE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM BY PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE TO TEACHERS AND LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS. FUNDS WERE AWARDED TO SEVERAL SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS.
