HOMEOWNERSHIP PRESERVATION SERVICES - THE PRESERVATION OF HOMEOWNERSHIP THROUGH FORECLOSURE PREVENTION COUNSELING, OWNER-OCCUPIED REPAIR AND/OR REHAB, AND AGING IN PLACE SOLUTIONS FOR OLDER HOMEOWNERS.


REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT/ASSET MANAGEMENT - THE PRODUCTION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR RENT OR SALE IN ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED NEIGHBORHOODS WHERE NEW INVESTMENTS ARE CAUSING PROPERTY VALUES TO INCREASE AND BECOME STEADY.
