EDUCATION PROGRAM - TO SUPPORT AND EDUCATE ENVIRONMENTAL GROUPS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON LOW INCOME AND MINORITY GROUPS. TO PROVIDE A MONTHLY PUBLICATION OF CURRENT EVENTS TO THE LOUISIANA ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNITY


CLEAN AIR PROGRAM - TO EDUCATE AND HELP CONCERNED CITIZENS MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON LOUISIANA'S AIR QUALITY.


WATER QUALITY PROGRAM - TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO CITIZENS WITH WATER QUALITY PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS. COASTAL PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF WATERWAYS.


HANDS OF HOPE PROJECT - PROVIDE RELIEF TO WEATHER RELATED & FLOOD VICTIMS. LEAN'S RELIEF EFFORTS HAVE EXPANDED TO THE MAKING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CLEANING SUPPLIES AND FACIAL MASKS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
