ALL OF THE ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION WERE IN THE LOUISIANA STATE MUSEUM. 13 PIECES OF POTTERY ARE ON EXHIBIT IN A BUILDING KNOWN AS MADAM JOHN'S LEGACY. 59 PIECES WERE STORED IN THE MUSEUM'S WAREHOUSE. 4 PIECES OF TEXTILES WERE IN A TRAVELING EXHIBIT UNTIL OCTOBER 2016. THE ASSETS CONSIST OF POTTERY, BRASS, SILVER, EMBROIDERED TEXTILES, JEWELRY, PAPER AND OTHER CRAFT OBJECTS PRODUCED BY THE NEWCOMB COLLEGE GUILD FROM THE YEARS 1895-1945. THE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED TO COLLECT THESE OBJECTS AND HOUSE THEM IN THE LOUISIANA STATE MUSEUM FOR PUBLIC VIEWING. THERE IS A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FOUNDATION AND THE MUSEUM. THE MUSEUM DOES ALL OF THE WORK OF DISPLAYING, INSURING AND CARING FOR ALL OF THE CRAFT OBJECTS OF THE FOUNDATION.
