WE PROVIDE CARE AND COUNSELING OF JUVENILES IN SECURE DETENTION REHABILITATIVE GROUP HOME, EMERGENCY SHELTER CARE SERVING THE NEEDS OF ABUSED, NEGLECTED AND RUNAWAYS, AND FOLLOW-UP ALTERCARE. THE TARGET POPULATION IS MALE AND FEMALES AGED 11 THROUGH 17 WHO ARE DOMICILED IN RAPIDES OR THE SURROUNDING LOUISIANA PARISHES.
