OUR MISSION IS TO ADVANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES BY PROVIDING PHYSICAL, DEVELOPMENTAL, ACADEMIC AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES. THE MCMAINS CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER (MCDC) IS AN AFFILIATE OF UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY AND CAPITAL AREA UNITED WAY.OUR CENTER HELPS CHILDREN IN THE GREATER BATON ROUGE AREA, AND SURROUNDING 12 PARISHES WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND OTHER DISABILITIES SUCH AS SENSORY PROCESSING DISORDERS, LEARNING DISABILITIES, AD/HD, AUTISM, AS WELL AS DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS.
