RNOS (REHABILITATION NETWORK OUTPATIENT SERVICES, LLC) WAS FORMED SPECIFICALLY TO ADVOCATE FOR OUT-PATIENT THERAPY TRHOUGH A NEW STATE (ARKANSAS) INITIATED PROVIDER-LED SHARED SAVINGS ENTITY (PASSE).


SYGNIFICARE WAS FORMED TO ADVOCATE FOR MEMBERS THROUGH A SPECIALTY NETWORK BASED ON AN OUTCOMES MODEL FOR WORKMANS COMP CLAIMS. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE OPTIMAL BENEFITS TO THE INJURED WORKER BUT ALSO TO THE EMPLOYERS AND PAYERS FROM LOWER TOTAL COST OF CARE FOR WORK RELATED INJURIES.
