TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO LEGAL AID ORGANIZATIONS IN THE STATE OF ARKANSAS FOR FORECLOSURE PREVENTION LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
TO PROVIDE LEGAL AID TO THE POOR, GRANTING STUDENT LOANS AND SCHOLARSHIPS, IMPROVING THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE IN THE STATE OF ARKANSAS, AND OTHER PURPOSES THAT MAY BE APPROVED BY THE ARKANSAS SURPREME COURT.
