INTEREST CHARGED FROM THE FINANCING OF LONG-TERM DEBT AND OTHER INTEREST. FARMERS ELECTRIC BORROWS MONIES AT THE LOWEST RATE POSSIBLE. THIS LOW COST FINANCING HELPS PROVIDE ADEQUATE ELECTRIC SERVICE TO ITS RURAL CUSTOMERS AT THE LOWEST COST POSSIBLE.
