THE ORGANIZATION HAS ESTABLISHED A VOLUNTEER PROGRAM SUPPORTING NURSING HOME RESIDENTS AT END OF LIFE AND PROVIDES COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND END OF LIFE EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS. IN 2014, THERE WERE 25 ACTIVE COMPASSIONATE COMPANIONS AND 30 PEOPLE WENT THROUGH THE EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION OPENED A CARING HOME IN DECEMBER 2010 FOR HOSPICE ENROLLED PERSONS. IN 2014, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED CARE FOR 32 RESIDENTS.
