DAY LABOR CENTER-ADVANCING AND PROTECTING THE HUMAN, LABOR AND CIVIL RIGHTS OF DAY LABORERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE HIRING SITE ALLOWS LABORERS TO ORGANIZE, PROTECTING THEM AS WELL AS THE EMPLOYERS. THE LABORERS ARE TAUGHT ENGLISH, SPECIFIC WORK SKILLS AND LEADERSHIP. THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN GIVEN SUPPORT THROUGH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
