PUERTO RICO INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF CIRCUS AND STREET ARTS, AIMS TO PROMOTE THE DIVERSIFICATION AND SUSTAINABILITY OF LOCAL ARTISTIC PRODUCTION, BY DEVELOPING THE STREET ARTS FORMAT BRINGING THESE CULTURAL EXPRESSIONS CLOSER TO A MORE PEOPLE, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON COMMUNITIES WITH LIMITED CULTURAL OFFERINGS.
EL BASTION-MULTIDISCIPLINARY CULTURAL CENTER RECOVERED AND SELF-MANAGED BY A COLLECTIVE OF ARTISTS, WITH THE INTENTION OF PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARTS IN GENERAL. DURING THE PANDEMIC WE WERE CLOSE AND WERE LIMITED ON WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS.THE SPACE ALLOWS THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENDLESS CULTURAL ENDEAVORS. WE PROVIDE COURSES IN DANCE, CIRCUS, THEATER, MUSIC, PLASTIC ARTS, AUDIOVISUAL TECHNIQUES, PHOTOGRAPHY, SCENIC CONSTRUCTION AND PERMACULTURE AMONG OTHER THINGS, AS WELL AS PRESENTATIONS OF SHOWS, TALKS, CONFERENCES, INTENSIVE WORKSHOPS WITH ARTISTS LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL.
