THE MISSION OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO UPHOLD EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND SUPPORT THE IMPROVING OF PEOPLE'S LIVES THROUGH LIFELONG LEARNING. THE FOUNDATION WILL UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES TO SOLICIT, RECEIVED, INVEST, AND DISBURSE FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF STUDENTS AND OTHER CHARITABLE EDUCATIONAL ENDEAVORS. MOUNTAIN STATE UNIVERSITY, INC. HAS CEASED ALL MAJOR OPERATIONS EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2012; MOUNTAIN STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION HAS LIQUIDATED ALL ASSETS AND LIABILITIES AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF DISSOLVING THE ENTITY.
