OUR MISSION IS TO INSPIRE, EQUIP, AND VALIDATE PEOPLE WHILE PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES AND RECONNECTING OUR COMMUNITY TO SUCCESSFUL POSSIBILITIES. OUR VISION IS TO CREATE A LEGACY OF PRIDE, RESPONSIBILITY, RESPECT, AND GENERATIONAL PROSPERITY.

THE RESOURCE ROOM (TRR) PROVIDES A DYNAMIC YOUTH ENRICHMENT PROGRAM FOR 60 6-12 GRADERS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR AND 30 STUDENTS DURING THE SUMMER. TRR ALSO PROVIDES AFTERSCHOOL AND SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMMING TO 90 K-5 STUDENTS. THE AGENCY PROVIDES QUALITY AND SAFE PROGRAMS THAT OFFER MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO COMPLEMENT AND ENHANCE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, IMPROVE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL OUTCOMES, CONTRIBUTE TO HEALTHY LIFESTYLE OPTIONS, PREVENT RISKY BEHAVIORS, AND IMPROVE FAMILY ENGAGEMENT. TRR'S PROGRAMING IS PROVIDED TO PREDOMINANTLY AFRICAN AMERICAN YOUTH FROM A HIGH PERCENTAGE OF LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.
