INCOME FROM THE PROPERTY, LESS EXPENSES, WILL PASS TO THE FESTUS & HELEN STACY FOUNDATION, INC., A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. HOLDING TITLE TO THE PROPERTY AND PASSING ON ALL INCOME LESS EXPENSES CONSTITUTES 100% OF THE ENTITY'S ACTIVITIES.
