PAL RECEIVED DONATED RENTAL SPACE AND RELATED UTILITIES FROM THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE FOR OPERATIONS OF ITS PROGRAM SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ESTIMATED THE FAIR RENTAL VALUE OF THE BUILDING AND UTILITIES FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS OF OCCUPANCY TO BE $176,200 FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2017, BASED ON CURRENT FAIR VALUE RENTAL RATES.
