BREAKFAST MEETINGS ARE HELD MONTHLY AND INCLUDE AN AVERAGE OF ABOUT 200 MEMBERS AND GUESTS. EACH BREAKFAST SERVES AS A NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY, AND A VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL SPEAKERS ARE INVITED TO SHARE INFORMATION AND AN UPDATE IS PROVIDED.


DIRECTORY AND MAGAZINE - A BI-ANNUAL DIRECTORY OF ALL MEMBERS IS PROVIDED TO ALL MEMBERS AS AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO NETWORK AND DO BUSINESS TOGETHER. ADVERTISING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. QUARTERLY MAGAZINES ARE ALSO DISTRIBUTED. AN ONLINE DIRECTORY IS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE.


CA DAY TRADE SHOW IS PRESENTED BY THE WEST FLORIDA CHAPTER OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE. THE GOAL IS TO BRING HOMEOWNERS, COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS AND VENDORS FROM MANATEE, SARASOTA AND DESOTO COUNTIES TOGETHER FOR AN INFORMATIVE NETWORKING/ EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY. VISITORS CAN TALK DIRECTLY WITH THE PROFESSIONALS WHO SPECIALIZE IN WORKING WITH MANAGEMENT AND RESIDENTS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS IN WEST FLORIDA.
