THE CENTER FOR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (DBA COLLABORATING FOR YOUTH) PROVIDES COMMUNITY EDUCATION, PREVENTION PROGRAMS, AND SUPPORT FOR AGENCIES WORKING IN COLLABORATION IN THE GREATER ADAMS COUNTY AREA TOWARDS EFFORTS IN HUMAN SERVICES AND EDUCATION THAT PROMOTE POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT. AS AN ORGANIZATION WE PROMOTE EVIDENCE-BASED PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND PARTNER OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAKE A LONG-LASTING DIFFERENCE IN THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE PEOPLE OF OUR REGION.
