THE BLOCK BY BLOCK AMBASSADOR PROGRAM PROVIDES SECURITY, LANDSCAPING,AND OTHER SERVICES TO THE 65 BLOCK AREA THAT MAKES UP THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. THEY, ALONG WITH TAYLOR PROTECTION, WHICH IS A DAYTIME AND NIGHTTIME SECURITY SERVICE, ENSURE THAT THE CITY IS CLEAN AND SAFE.


BUSINESS RECRUITMENT IS A PROGRAM WHICH THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES, AREA PROPERTY OWNERS AND EXISTING BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, WORKS TO EXPAND BOTH EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND THE TAX BASE THROUGHOUT THE DOWNTOWN JACKSON BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BY IMPLEMENTING A COMPELLING TENANT RETENTION AND EXPANSION CAMPAIGN.
