THE SOUTHEASTERN EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ASSOCIATION ("SETA") IS A REGIONAL ORGANIZATION OF PROFESSIONALS AND POLICY MAKERS REPRESENTING ALL AREAS OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. SETA'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE PROCESS THAT WILL ASSIST THE MEMBERSHIP IN MORE EFFECTIVELY IMPROVING INDIVIDUAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL IN UTILIZING JOB TRAINING RESOURCES.
