LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH ENERGY BILLS AND ENERGY COUNSELING SERVICES TO LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES


COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT-PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SUBSIDIZE OTHER PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE AGENCY THAT BENEFIT LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS
