ARTS IN EDUCATION- PROMOTION OF CULTURAL ARTS TO ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH TEACHER DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION AT AREA CLASSES, CAMPS AND HANDS-ON ARTS OPPORTUNITIES.
