RUSSELL HOSPITAL CORPORATION D/B/A RUSSELL MEDICAL CENTER OPERATES AN ACUTE CARE GENERAL HOSPITAL IN ALEXANDER CITY, AL INCLUDING A MEDICAL PARK FAMILY CARE (MPFC) IN DADEVILLE, AL, HEALTH PARTNERS OF GOODWATER (HPG) IN GOODWATER, AL, PHYSICIAN MULTI-SPECIALTY GROUP (PMSG) IN ALEXANDER CITY, AL, AND RUSSELL MEDICAL URGENT CARE IN ALEXANDER CITY, AL. OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE: BEING THE BEST BECAUSE WE CARE.

THE CHEMOTHERAPY DEPARTMENT SPECIALIZES EXPERT UTILIZATION OF EVERY RESOURCE TO TREAT MORE THAN 100 FORMS OF CANCER. THE CENTER OFFERS TARGETED CHEMOTHERAPY WITH INTENSITY MODULATED RADIATION THERAPY. IN 2021, THE CHEMOTHERAPY DEPARTMENT PROVIDED CARE FOR 5,309 PATIENTS.


THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT SPECIALIZES IN EMERGENCY MEDICINE PROVIDING CARE TWENTY-FOUR HOURS PER DAY TREATING EMERGENT AND NON-EMERGENT PATIENTS RANGING IN A BROAD SPECTRUM OF ILLNESSES AND INJURIES. IN 2021, THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT PROVIDED CARE FOR 1,231 INPATIENTS AND 16,654 OUTPATIENTS TOTALING 17,885 IN PATIENT VOLUME.


THE HEART CATHERERIZATION DEPARTMENT OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF OPTIONS FOR ALL PATIENTS IN NEED OF VASCULAR SERVICES AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. IN 2021, THE DEPARTMENT PROVIDED 101 INPATIENT AND 757 OUTPATIENT PROCEDURES TOTALING 858 PROCEDURES.
