COMMUNITY SERVICE WITH EMPHASIS ON CHILDREN WITH PRIMARY OBJECTIVE THE OPERATION OF KIWANIS FRESH AIR SUMMER YOUTH CAMP FOR DISADVANTAGED YOUTH.

Part 3 - Line 4a
THE FRESH AIR CAMP IS A FREE WEEK-LONG SUMMER CAMP FOR UNDER-PRIVILEGED, HANDICAPPED AND AT-RISK CHILDREN GIVING THEM ACCESS TO ARTS, CRAFTS, RECREATION AND FIELD TRIPS. ADDITIONALLY, THE FOUNDATION WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH KNOXVILLE HEAD START TO PROVIDE A SAFE AFTER SCHOOL FACILITY FOR DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN.
SUPPORT OF VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS (HEAD START) WHICH PROVIDE HEALTH CARE, FOOD, SHELTER, EDUCATION AND RECREATION TO CHILDREN. SUPPORT OF YOUTH CLUBS IN SCHOOLS AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY THAT ENCOURAGE GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.
